Review: I picked this book up because it focused on trust and seemed like a logical extension to some work we were doing on team building. Indeed, it is good additional reading for instructors working with Five Dysfunctions of a Team. I’ve only had two students read it at this point. One liked it, but the other preferred Leadership and Self Deception.
