Review:  If you’re teaching strengths, I would highly recommend that you read this book.  We also have our leadership students read it (the rest of our student body only reads Strengthsfinder 2.0) because it opens up the conversation about strengths in partnerships, teams and organizations.  While we want our leadership students to have a strong sense of their personal strengths, we also want them looking outside themselves and learning the Signature Themes of others.  This book includes tips on how to manage people with each of the 34 signature themes as well.  When our students go on rotation, this is the book they’re often seeing hospital directors using.  So, it’s  a great point of conversation too.
